Taking picture is mainly for sharing. 16pics.com would give us the chance to share our photos without annoying our friends.
The service is in private beta, but what you can do is ask an invite to be the first to get in. I am somewhat curious to see how we can share pictures without bothering our friends. Actually, when I send the picture of the day on my twitter account, I can guess that only 1% of my followers are very interested in seeing it!
